As an All-round Office Manager, you can be deployed anywhere with us. You can expect a diverse and challenging tasks in which you are the link between customers, suppliers and colleagues. colleagues. Activities
Period 1: Winter period (mid-September - late February / mid-March). During this period, the pool season is prepared. The emphasis is on planning and organization. Good communication with colleagues and suppliers is necessary:

You adapt product information on the websites and bring new products online.

You translate product texts into different languages (mainly French and German).

You help develop websites for spare parts in different languages.

You help update pricing in the Odoo (our ERP system).

You order products from various suppliers to replenish stock for the upcoming season. For this, you analyze the sales and take into account the current stock.

You coordinate a number of production activities:

You communicate with the operators so that they clearly know what to do.

You ensure that sufficient labels, boxes and bags are available.

You perform product locations and ensures that products are in the correct place

Period 2: Summer period (mid-March - mid-September).
During this period you will evolve from an information processor to an independent colleague who can offer customers via mail and phone concrete support in solving questions and problems.
