My client:
Our Client is a world's biggest provider for CRM and Contact Center services with offices in all continents. In the Benelux the company is active since 1993 and grown into a key player within it's branch.They are expanding constantly improving their services and technology and were recognized and awarded many times for the best customer service company.
They are based in the Netherland and they welcome all that are keen in new software and want to work with computers, laptops, Internet. Now they are looking for German technical support representatives for their reputed client.
Daily duties:
You will be providing support by phone and email towards end-consumers, dealing with product specifications or operation inquires and potential repair support requests. Your aim is to accurately diagnose the problem (troubleshooting) and to resolve it based on your personal technical expertise, induction training provided and by using various tools / databases available within the project.
Logging of calls from customers onto the company database;
Following escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues;
To provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all of customers
To Enrich the lives of customers by providing unparalleled customer service;
To Provide complete and appropriate solutions for customers via phone;
To Work effectively with the other members of the team;
Requirements:
German native or near native
Interest in technologies and troubleshooting;
Experience in Customer services.
Excellent communication skills;
Customer service oriented;
