This position will be for the international market, so most of your communication will be by phone. Therefore you need to have excellent phone manners.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for your own ledger of customers to be contacted via telephone and email with regards to the use of our company's product portfolio.

You will make sure that these customers are making the most out of the e-commerce platform they have purchased, and ensure that they are delighted with the service.

You will work towards monthly targets set out by management
Liaise with senior management with regards to market developments and new opportunities.

Ensure that you manage your time effectively, resulting in maximum performance.

Various ad hoc duties as requested by management.
