Recruitment/ Sourcing Intern - Paris

Multiple Positions available in Paris, France for fluent speakers of one or more of the following languages: Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch, German, Finnish. Duration of internship: 6-11 months, preferred start date in September.

The role: Sourcing Intern

The Sourcing/ Recruitment Intern will play a significant role on the European Recruitment team, searching the internet for qualified candidates and creating new and diverse methods of attracting individuals to opportunities with Google in the areas of Sales and Engineering. You will work within a dynamic and international team, and will be interacting with members of the Google recruitment team all across Europe.

 

Responsibilities:

• Search for candidates using advanced internet search techniques (online databases, professional and social networks, internet searches, etc.)
• Communicate directly with candidates to secure interest and understand motivations via email and telephone
• Collaborate with recruiters to manage candidates through the recruitment process
• Achieve specific hiring targets and exceed the expectations of the client base across Europe
• Contribute to improving processes and best practices for the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a top-tier university in progress
• Fluent in English and in one of the specified European languages
• Excellent computer skills, strong interest in technology and the Internet
• Detail-oriented and analytical thinking-style, ability to organise information, innovate and take initiatives
• Result-driven and able to implement targeted sourcing initiatives
• Track record of successfully working in a fast-moving, multi-tasking and changing environment
