Why can't I see the direct contact details of students? 

This is probably because you have a trial account. A trial account is only meant to test our system. When you have received interesting applications, you can decide to upgrade your account. You will receive all direct contact details for a period of 12 months when you decide to upgrade. You can hire an unlimited amount of interns during these 12 months.
 
 Why are my contact details not visible to students?
Trial accounts cannot display their own direct contact details as well.

 

Do I have to pay to invite a student?

No, you do not have to pay any fees to invite a student. Even with a trial account you can invite students to apply to your internship. Your invitation will be sent via email and you will be notified when the student accepts your invitation. The direct contact details will only be shown if you have, or wish to upgrade to a Premium account.
 

What can I do if too many students apply to one vacancy?

This is a very common problem. You can choose to oblige the student to apply with a CV and/or motivation letter. This will not only improve the quality of the application but also prohibit incomplete profiles from applying. If you're still encountering problems you can also choose to specify your placement title and/or description. 

 

 Why should I update my company’s vacancies regularly?

This is important because vacancies that are out of date still attract students. Vacancies out of date may also prohibit students from applying When you find a suitable candidate always make sure to “reject” other applicants. They will also be automatically rejected once the start date of the vacancy is expired.
